Support

There are plenty of ways that you can look after your mental health on a daily basis. But, as we all know, life can still get tough, you can still get hurt and, maybe for some unknown reason, you can find it hard to cope. When things get you down, there are some things you can do to support yourself. See How can I support myself? for more information, and don't be afraid to pick up the phone, send us a text, write us an email / letter or drop in to us. |
|
We often, without realising, spend time supporting other people in our lives - our friends, young people, family members, work colleagues and many more. If you would like some help on supporting a friend or other young person, take a look at How do I support a friend? or How do I support a young person?, and don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to talk it out with someone.
