Local Services

• Jigsaw local services will close at 5.30pm on Monday, 23rd December 2024 and will reopen at 9am on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.

Live chat

• Our online chat service and email response service close at 4.30pm on Monday, 23rd December 2024 and will reopen at 1pm on Thursday, 2nd January 2025. We will begin responding to emails received during the closure.
• Live chat will also be available at 1pm on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.

You can email the service over the Christmas break and one of our clinicians will reply when the service reopens (you can do this through the chat portal: https://portal.jigsaw.ie/login).
