Who we are
Jigsaw in Waterford is a mental health charity for young people living in Waterford city and county. Our service is free, non-judgemental and confidential. We offer free therapy to young people – both online and in person.
Who we help
We help young people who:
- are aged between 12-25
- either live in, go to school in, or have a GP registered in Waterford.
Who we can’t help
Some young people need urgent and specialised care. Jigsaw does not provide the specialised and immediate care that is needed in these situations. If you do require urgent and immediate support, you will find a list of organisations you can contact here.
