About Jigsaw
We help young people with their mental health
Jigsaw is a mental health charity that provides free therapy and support to young people living in Ireland. We work with young people aged 12 to 25 – both online and in person in one of our 18 locations around Ireland.
How does Jigsaw work?
Jigsaw works by supporting young people where they are with their mental health. Young people reach out with problems at school, at home, with their friends, with how they are feeling, and worries on their mind. Sometimes these are recent problems and other times young people may have been struggling for a while. Young people can expect care, respect, and space to talk about what is going on from them.
Coming to Jigsaw
Jigsaw aims to see all young people within a few weeks of making contact with us, ensuring we support them when and where they need it. Often, a single timely meeting with one of our clinicians is all a young person needs, but many young people also choose to come back for several meetings. If Jigsaw is not the right place for the type of support a young person needs, we will work to connect with services that can.
Supporting Jigsaw
Jigsaw is a charity and we passionately believe that young people should be able to access help for their mental health at no cost to themselves or their families. If you agree with us, you can support our work by making a donation now or thinking of us when you are giving to a charity.
