Support for young people and adults in the community

At Jigsaw, we’re here to help young people, parents, and communities build stronger mental health together. If you live in a Jigsaw service area, there are lots of ways to get involved—through sessions and activities designed to give you practical skills, support, and knowledge.

For young people

  • Learn simple ways to look after your mental health and cope with challenges.
  • Build confidence and skills to manage everyday life.
  • Find out more about mental health supports in your area.

For parents and adults in the community

  • Gain practical advice on how to support young people’s mental health.
  • Learn strategies to help the young people around you thrive in everyday life.
  • Increase your confidence in being a supportive adult.
  • No matter your age or role, Jigsaw offers guidance and support to help everyone in your community feel more confident and capable when it comes to mental health.
