At Jigsaw, we’re here to help young people, parents, and communities build stronger mental health together. No matter your age or role, Jigsaw offers guidance and support to help everyone in your community feel more confident and capable when it comes to mental health. If you live in a Jigsaw service area, there are lots of ways to get involved – through sessions and activities designed to give you practical skills, support, and knowledge.
Young people
