We’re inviting you to Walk for Jigsaw and take on a challenge that makes a real difference. Whether you prefer a gentle stroll or a tough hike, your steps will help ensure that young people across Ireland get the mental health support they need.
Why Walk for Jigsaw?
Right now, too many young people are struggling with their mental health—feeling anxious, isolated or alone. At Jigsaw, we provide free, professional mental health support to help them through tough times. But we can’t do it alone.
By taking part in Walk for Jigsaw, you’ll be helping to fund vital services that give young people hope and support when they need it most.
How It Works
Taking part is simple:
- Register today – Sign up at Jigsaw.ie/Walk.
- Activate your fundraising page – After signing up, we’ll send you your free Walk for Jigsaw supporter pack and you’ll get access to your own personal fundraising page.
- Plan your walk – Choose when and where you’ll take on your challenge. Go solo or invite friends, family, or colleagues to join you!
- Share your journey – Let people know why you’re walking and encourage them to support you. Every donation, big or small, helps a young person in need.
- Take your steps – Set off on your walk this Easter and know that you’re making a real impact.
