Covid-19 | What we’re doing

Covid-19 | What we’re doing

Friday, 20 March 2020

The Covid-19 situation is changing on a daily basis.

The recommendation still stands that social distancing for all of us is the best way to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. No one knows yet how long this will be the case.

Jigsaw's response to Covid-19

While our face-to-face services are suspended, young people’s mental health is still our top priority. Our clinicians are busy working on Jigsaw Online for young people, parents and teachers. This work will take many forms. Articles, videos, animations and audio developed by Jigsaw Clinicians will be uploaded to the site daily. These will all reflect the changing situation we’re in, providing information to support yourself and others.

Keep in touch with Jigsaw clinicians

Starting Monday, 23 March, a Jigsaw Clinician will broadcast an Instagram Live session at 3 pm. These sessions will be on Mindfulness, breathing techniques and relaxation methods. Two group live group chats will be held for young people daily, facilitated by clinicians. Check out the calendar of times and how to register here.

Have a specific question or concern?

Submit it through Ask Jigsaw and clinician will craft an individual response and publish it on the site.
