Jigsaw is a mental health charity that supports (children and) young people through trauma in their lives.

We provide free therapy and help people and communities to better understand their mental health and better support those around them.

As Ireland’s primary youth mental health charity for over 18 years, Jigsaw has established a track record in achieving better mental health outcomes for young people and communities. By reaching children and young people as early as possible, we can change the direction of their lives. We have already helped thousands of children and young people and our objective is to reach everyone that needs us in the future.

At Jigsaw, we believe that the changing environment in which we find ourselves, along with a growing awareness of, and interest in, advancing mental health services and supports represents the opportunity for a change in thinking. We see the future of potential ahead of us.
