Sarah Cullinan

Sarah joined Jigsaw in 2015 and has since played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of its services, both in local communities and online. As the operational lead, she oversees Jigsaw’s direct services for young people and its community programs promoting youth mental health. She manages a team of over 160 staff, ensuring the delivery of accessible, high-quality, and youth-informed care. Sarah also leads workforce planning and development, maintains key relationships with funders, and has budgetary oversight for the service network.
