Jigsaw Connect: Self-care for teachers

We recently ran two webinar for teachers, who have taken our online courses. The focus was how post-primary and primary school teachers can support their own mental health.

Post-primary teachers

Above is a recording of the webinar, designed to encourage post-primary teachers to consider self-care in the current climate of working from home and uncertainty regarding exams.

The recording is made up of a 30 minute presentation, followed by a question and answer session with participants.
