Jigsaw Christmas Update 2022

  • Jigsaw local services will be closed from 12pm on Friday, 23 December and will reopen on Tuesday, 3 January 2023. Please note that some local services reopening dates may vary. You can get in touch with your local Jigsaw here.
  • Live Chat will close on Thursday, 22 December at 7.30pm and will resume as normal on Tuesday, 3 January 2023 (2 – 7.30pm).

Leinster Rugby announce Jigsaw partnership

We are delighted to announce that Leinster Rugby has named Jigsaw as its latest charity partner for the month of December as part of the Charity Affiliate Programme.

Jigsaw were nominated by the Official Leinster Supporters Club (the OLSC) and will work with the OLSC across the whole season with the OLSC planning a number of fundraising initiatives to help the charity.

In attendance at the launch in Old Belvedere RFC were a number of Leinster Rugby players, as well as representatives from Jigsaw and the OLSC.

Why do people self-harm?

Self-harm is when someone intentionally damages or injures their body. Also known as self-injury, it can take on many forms, such as cutting, burning, hitting, or scratching.

Risky behaviour that can be harmful is also considered self-harm behaviour. Binge drinking to the point of blacking out or vomiting regularly, restricting food intake, or overeating could be considered risky.
